How We Test
When we evaluate digital marketing tools, platforms, or services for our guides and comparisons, we follow a consistent approach so you know where our information comes from.
Our Process
We use a combination of: hands-on use where possible (demos, trials, or actual use); official documentation and published feature lists; and reputable third-party reviews or industry reports. We do not fabricate test results, star ratings, or “expert” endorsements. If we have not personally tested a product, we say so and base our description on verifiable sources.
Criteria
We consider factors such as: ease of use, key features, pricing transparency, support options, and fit for small vs. enterprise use. We present pros and cons where relevant and do not guarantee outcomes (e.g., “#1” or “best” without clear, stated criteria).
Transparency
We may have affiliate relationships with some of the services we mention. That does not change how we test or what we write. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Policy.
